Center for Nature Informed Therapy (CNIT) is a Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative division. It is a community of mental health professionals, including social workers, professional counselors, psychologists, and mindfulness practitioners. They have dedicated their professional lives to advanced nature-informed mental health work. We are a community that focuses on mental health and helps people heal with the natural world. The therapy will take you to a future where an equal relationship with nature will reestablish the mental wellness of everyone and make a more profound connection with self, others, and our spirituality.
